Throughout a distinguished career as an executive recruiter Buzz has placed C-Level Executives and senior leadership positions with national Multifamily Offices and Wealth Management firms along with global positions such as: Director of Marketing Europe, Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing Asia/Pacific: Director of International Marketing, and Regional Sales and Marketing Director of the Middle East. Buzz has also placed attorneys, legal, and financial services professionals on a regional and national scale. Buzz utilizes an understanding and foundation in both recruiting and business principals and applies his experience, knowledge, and discipline on each and every assignment in his practice.
Buzz has been involved in community service for many years both as a contributor and volunteer. Among his hobbies and personal activities, he enjoys film noir from the classic era, listening to blues music, and riding his Triumph motorcycle. Buzz keeps fit by running competitively in marathons, half-marathons, 10K and 5K races.

Jeannie Hwang is the Executive Director of Client Services for RMG Associates. Her work focuses on using the most current technology and tools, advertising, outsourcing services, and other resources to find, research, and manage candidates. Due to her background in community programs throughout Los Angeles County, San Francisco, and King County (Seattle), Jeannie also oversees RMG Associates’ corporate giving program.
Jeannie has over a decade of experience in working with both private foundations and corporate foundations through her work in nonprofit fund development work. Additionally, her professional background includes work in both the private nonprofit sector and the government sector where she has worked in various capacities including HR/staffing, policy work, and program development. Jeannie’s most recent work includes that as Executive Director of a nonprofit agency in Seattle and as a Policy Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco.
Jeannie grew up in San Francisco Bay Area and she is an alumna of the University of California, Los Angeles and. Her interests outside of the office include documentary films, reducing her carbon footprint, non-yappy dogs, and perfecting her flourless chocolate cake recipe.
Jennifer Kang is RMG's Marketing Manager and has been with the company since 2006. She has been successful in her professional recruiting career and enjoys the challenge and stimulation she gets from working with our clients. Her responsibilities include researching candidates, companies and market trends and reaching out to potential new clientele in order for the company to penetrate more of the wealth management market.
Jennifer's professional background ranges from working as a Production Assistant on the set of MSNBC's Connected Coast to Coast news program, working as a social worker at My Service Mind Non-Profit Organization and assistance managing an Adult Care Facility for eldery patients. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Washington and plans to return in the fall of 2009 to attain her MSW. Her interests outide the office include taking in the local art scene, traveling and cheering on the Mariners & Seahawks.
L U C Y CED/COB (Chief Executive Dog/Chairdog of the Board)
Our company spokesmodel, Lucy is a participant in all major decisions (as long as there is a bone or tasty treat nearby). She is also designated as RMG’s main disciplinarian for wayward staff, though her bark is much worse than her bite. She rules over the BOD with an iron paw and doesn’t tolerate a lack of attention (to her) at meetings. Lucy is a Shih-Tzu who has been celebrating her third birthday for three years and counting.
